By accessing or using Locate My IP (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is a network diagnostic tool that displays your public IP address and approximate location, detects VPN and proxy connections, and checks IPv6 connectivity. It is provided for informational purposes only.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Use the App to commit or facilitate any unlawful act.
• Attempt to disrupt, harm, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its backend.
• Scrape, mine, or abuse the App's backend APIs at excessive rates.

4. Disclaimer of Accuracy

IP geolocation is approximate (generally city-level) and may be inaccurate or outdated. All information is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its name, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted here, and continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms.
